Artist's Comments
I started creating this series last year in 2007 but have just completed them (23/01/08). I wanted to go in another direction with the Bratz characters and was heavily inspired
by my friend. He has a dark look to his artworks which I like and wanted to try out myself.
MGA Entertainment have their own Bratz line of dolls called "Bratz Fashion pixiez" They are very colourful and cute looking. So, I wanted to create my very own version of the Bratz Pixiez, titled "Dark Pixiez". These definitely are not for the little ones.
All six photos that were used for each character were taken at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne.
